Starting at age 10 answering the phones, Dan worked side-by-side with his parents, learning every aspect of the trade - from technical skill to customer care - through hands-on apprenticeship and daily dedication.
Dan brings not only deep experience but also a passion for honoring the legacy his parents built, while continuing to grow and adapt the company for the future. With the same commitment to quality, integrity, and personal service, Dan is excited to lead the business into its next chapter.

John Reusch received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri/St. Louis, advanced professional education through the Gemological Institute of America, and has spent his entire 40-year career in the St. Louis jewelry industry.
